Write4Me — Blanket Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Write4Me (“Platform”, “Write4Me”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Write4Me is a hybrid SaaS and marketplace platform that connects employers with on-demand writers for product reviews, editorial content, research-based articles, and related writing services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, both Employers and Writers agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Write4Me acts solely as:

• A technology platform;
• A workflow management system;
• A communication and task assignment tool; and
• A payment facilitation platform.

Write4Me is not:

• The employer of Writers;
• A staffing agency;
• A publisher;
• A legal representative of either party; or
• Responsible for the final business relationship between Employers and Writers.

All working relationships entered into through the Platform are between the Employer and the Writer directly.

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have legal capacity to enter into contracts;
• Provide accurate account information; and
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

Write4Me reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4.1 Job Posting & Hiring

Employers may:

• Create writing jobs;
• Define budgets, deadlines, guidelines, and requirements;
• Review applications;
• Approve or reject Writers;
• Assign tasks through the Platform; and
• Approve or reject submitted content.

Employers are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of briefs and instructions;
• Compliance requirements;
• Editorial direction;
• Fact-checking;
• Legal review; and
• Final publication decisions.

4.2 Payment Responsibility

Employers agree that:

• Sufficient wallet balance must be maintained before assigning tasks;
• Payments for approved work are automatically released to Writers;
• Approval of a submission constitutes authorization for payment release.

Once payment has been released:

• Transactions are considered final;
• Write4Me is not obligated to reverse payments unless fraud or platform error is proven.

4.3 Rejections

Employers may reject submissions if:

• Guidelines were not followed;
• Quality standards were not met;
• Work contains plagiarism, AI-generated content (where prohibited), or factual inaccuracies.

Employers may not:

• Exploit Writers by repeatedly requesting unpaid revisions;
• Use rejected work commercially without payment; or
• Circumvent payment mechanisms.

5.1 Independent Contractor Status

Writers using the Platform are independent contractors and not employees of:

• Write4Me; or
• Any Employer using the Platform.

Writers are responsible for:

• Their own taxes;
• Government contributions;
• Equipment;
• Internet access; and
• Compliance with local laws.

5.2 Submission Standards

Writers agree that all submissions must:

• Be original;
• Not infringe intellectual property rights;
• Follow Employer instructions;
• Meet deadline requirements; and
• Comply with platform quality standards.

Unless otherwise stated by the Employer:

• AI-generated or heavily AI-assisted content may be prohibited.

Writers acknowledge that some Employers may use AI-detection tools as part of their review process.

5.3 Ownership Transfer

Upon payment approval:

• Ownership and usage rights of approved work automatically transfer to the Employer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Writers may not:

• Resell approved content;
• Republish approved content; or
• Claim ownership after payment has been completed.

The Platform may include an internal wallet system for funding projects and facilitating payments.

Users acknowledge that:

• Wallet balances are non-interest bearing;
• Processing fees may apply;
• Third-party payment providers may be used;
• Delays caused by payment processors are outside Write4Me’s control.

Write4Me reserves the right to:

• Hold transactions for fraud review;
• Reverse fraudulent transactions;
• Suspend suspicious accounts.

6.1 Platform Processing Fee

Write4Me charges a platform processing fee equivalent to five percent (5%) of the total task amount for all successfully approved and paid submissions.

By using the Platform:

• Employers acknowledge that the full task amount funded into the system may be subject to platform processing deductions;
• Writers acknowledge and agree that payouts received represent the final net amount after the applicable five percent (5%) processing fee has already been deducted.

Example:

• If an Employer sets a task amount of USD 100, the Writer will receive USD 95 as the final payout after the platform processing fee deduction.

The processing fee may be used to support:

• Platform maintenance;
• Payment processing;
• Infrastructure costs;
• Fraud prevention; and
• Operational support services.

Write4Me reserves the right to revise processing fees in the future with reasonable notice to users.

All platform branding, workflows, software, interface designs, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of Write4Me.

Users may not:

• Copy platform functionality;
• Reverse engineer systems;
• Scrape platform data;
• Replicate the business model using proprietary assets.

Both Employers and Writers agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

• Unpublished content;
• Internal guidelines;
• Business strategies;
• Product launches;
• Credentials or access granted through projects.

Confidential information must not be disclosed without written permission.

Users may not:

• Harass other users;
• Circumvent the platform for unpaid work;
• Engage in scams or fraudulent activity;
• Upload malicious files;
• Post unlawful, abusive, or defamatory content.

Write4Me reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts violating these rules.

Write4Me does not guarantee:

• Job availability;
• Writer acceptance;
• Employer hiring;
• Minimum earnings;
• Continuous work; or
• Platform uptime.

Platform participation is entirely voluntary and opportunity-based.

Write4Me shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits;
• Business interruption;
• Content disputes;
• Employer-Writer disagreements;
• Publishing losses;
• Indirect or consequential damages.

Users agree to use the Platform at their own risk.

Write4Me reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts;
• Remove content;
• Restrict access; or
• Permanently terminate users

for violations of these Terms or activities deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.

Write4Me may revise these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
